2 Blister packaging

Blister packaging is thermoformed to the shape of the product in a transparent material. It protects the product, wedges it perfectly in place and makes it visible to the consumer.

This technique enables two sheets to be joined together, either by welding the shell directly to a printed white sheet, or by trapping a cardboard sleeve between the shell and the transparent sheet.

This process ensures a single-material packaging that is more easily recyclable.

High-frequency welding guarantees tamper-proofing.

Sealing is another technique that enables the blister to be closed by thermal welding to a printed cardboard box.

3 Flow pack “paper” and/or “plastic

Flow Pack is a type of non-shrink film packaging, i.e. the film does not conform to the shape of the product.

The product is visible and tangible to the consumer.

The packaging guarantees good protection.
