Since 1998, the date of our first ISO 9001 certification, the Velfor Group has been committed to a process of continuous improvement to ensure the mastery of its processes and the satisfaction of its customers.

As part of this strategy of support and partnership, the Group has set up 7 subsidiaries whose operations have been designed to provide each customer with the best possible support.

For our agri-food partners* – Velfor Emballage, a Group subsidiary, is BRCGS V6 AA+ certified, attesting to its commitment to the conformity, quality and food safety of the packaging it manufactures, through the mastery of a risk management system based on the HACCP approach.

For our medical and paramedical partners* – Velfor Conditionnement, Velfor Emballage and Lider are our ISO 13 485-certified subsidiaries, guaranteeing the conformity of our packaging and related packaging.

For our industrial partners*, all our ISO 9001-certified subsidiaries are designed to meet the needs of an extensive, global offering.

Our Group strategy, based on the points detailed below, ensures the security of your production:

  • Our tooling is designed to be versatile, from one machine to another on the same site (in the event of machine breakdown, for example).
  • Our certified sites have the same type of equipment, enabling us to offer the qualification of a production site as a back-up.
  • Our tooling and mechanical workshop, based in France, enables us to react quickly at every stage of your project, as well as during series production.

Our certifications

The Gender Equality Index was established by the Law on the Freedom to Choose One’s Career Future. It is a tool designed to calculate the pay gap between men and women.
This index allows companies to assess the level of gender equality out of 100 points. It is calculated based on the following criteria:

  • Gap in pay between women and men
  • Gap in individual pay raise rates
  • Number of female employees receiving raises following maternity leave
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid employees
  • Gap in promotion rates

The VELFOR Group has calculated its Gender Equality Index. For 2024, it stands at 92/100:

  • Pay gap indicator: 37 points out of 40
  • Individual pay increase rate gap indicator: 35 out of 35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15 out of 15
  • High pay indicator: 5 out of 10
