Velfor steps up its presence at trade shows

Following the success of the 2016 edition, which brought together nearly 1,500 exhibitors and 87,800 visitors, the Velfor Group is renewing its participation at All4Pack in Paris from November 26 to 29, 2018. A veritable showcase for the industry, this international trade fair is entirely dedicated to the world of packaging (packaging/containers, packaging machinery, printing and handling/logistics). Velfor will also be taking part in a number of specialized, market-specific trade shows from early 2019, including:

Velfor committed to a quality management process

For several years now, the Velfor Group has been committed to a quality management process. With this in mind, all group companies (Velfor Emballage, Velfor Conditionnement, Velfor Industrie, Lider and Creaplast) are ISO 9001 version 2008 certified.

The ISO 9001 version 2008 standard enables the VELFOR Group to certify its quality management system. This system is based on a process approach to direct and continuously improve the Group’s companies through our sales techniques, combined with our knowledge and manufacturing methods, while ensuring the design, shipment and delivery of products that meet the regulatory and legal requirements of all our customers.

ISO 9001 certification not only validates the existence of a controlled organization to deliver high-performance products, but also guarantees an efficient and reliable management system.

This standard enables and ensures :

  • Upward and downward traceability of our products
  • Total transparency vis-à-vis our customers, through customer audits that enable us to keep abreast of market trends.
  • The Group’s determination to comply with legal and regulatory requirements in our respective businesses
  • Increased dialogue with customers right from the project development stage to meet their expectations

Each Group subsidiary is positioned in a predominant market (food, medical, industry, etc.) requiring specific certifications such as ISO 13485, BRC IOP or ISO 9100.

In addition to ISO 9001, the Velfor Emballage and Lider sites are ISO 13485 certified. This certification enables us to meet the requirements of the healthcare and medical markets. It is also in the process of being obtained by Velfor Conditionnement.

Last but not least, Velfor Emballage is committed to a BRC IOP process that contributes to reinforcing procedures concerning food hygiene and safety.

All these certifications make Velfor a major partner recognized for its quality management system, and a guarantor of product safety and quality for all our customers.
