Heavy-duty thermoforming with undercutting

Thermoforming with undercut enables technical plastic parts with complex shapes to be thermoformed without destroying the mold. These may include retentions, cavities, grip zones, integrated handles, etc.

This technique adds value and functionality to the part. It can increase stability, enable parts to be stacked in the same direction, or limit pollution. We develop and propose customized studies according to your needs. We then produce the associated prototypes to define and thermoform complex technical parts in great thicknesses (maximum 10 mm).

A specialist in the packaging of medical devices and pharmaceutical products for 30 years, Velfor continues to expand in the healthcare sector.
