Flowpack wraps your products in plastic film, sealed at both ends. It’s a cost-effective packaging solution for your products, which are protected while still being visible and palpable to the consumer. We can integrate a European hole to facilitate shelf storage and optimize your shelf space. We can also print directly on your Flowpack or integrate a cardboard box to enhance your product communication.

Flowpacks range in size from 50 mm to 800 mm, with product widths from 10 to 230 mm and heights from 1 to 200 mm. It is mainly intended for the retail sector (GSA, GSB, GMS). It can also be used in the communication and paramedical sectors.

Product focus: macaroon grouping box

Dedicated to the pastry market, this grouping and transport box holds 70 to 72 macaroons on edge. It can hold two 35-macaroon trays or two 36-macaroon trays.

The box’s transparency ensures maximum product visibility to highlight the macaroon assortment.

The cushioning system, which hugs the round shape of the macaroons perfectly, protects them from damage during transport. The spacers (made of APET) are available in two colors: black or crystal. They can be sold separately from the grouping box.

This standard macaroon grouping box has been designed to comply with safety standards applicable to the food industry. The raw materials used comply with Directive 2002/72/CE and its successive amendments. Traceability is ensured by identification of the batch number and day of manufacture. Suitable for contact with foodstuffs, its food contact certificate is available on request.

The macaroon grouping box and the two associated wedges are standard products in our range. This means that no new tooling is required for their design, thus reducing costs. Available from stock, delivery times are also considerably reduced.

Velfood ®, the practical, innovative and eco-designed food packaging concept

Velfood ® is a bi-material packaging concept that combines cardboard and plastic.

This is a microwaveable, greaseproof cardboard tray, combined with a transparent lid in Polypropylene or APET. The Velfood ® tray is dedicated to instant consumption, for the ultra-fresh, ready meals and bakery markets.

Practical and innovative, it incorporates a compartment under the lid for napkins, cutlery and condiments. An integrated locking system holds the lid in position. Featuring an attractive design, Velfood ® trays are stackable for easy shelf display. Transparent lids enhance the visibility of the product, which is optimally highlighted.

The Velfood ® tray is available in a kraft version, but can also be customized and printed on request. It is also eco-designed. It can be recycled, uses low-migration vegetable-based inks and reduces the weight of packaging.

It is available in 4 formats (1000 ml, 750 ml, 500 ml and 375 ml) in kraft version from stock and in printed version on request.
